Momma FINALLY uploaded some new puppy pix. I foughts for sure deyd be full grown by da time she got around to it BOL Momma checked and we has 3 girls and 3 boys, but don't ask me which is which because every time I goez to get near dem, Zoe attacks me BOL I tries to tell her dat Iz a good Dad and will help wif diaper duty, but she doesn't want anyone to help her (she's stubborn) BOL.

Oh and dis one!! Dis is Bristol, pup from da first litter. She is da runt, all her brofur and sister are bigger den her, yet she can jump higher den all of use dogs combined. We fink it has some fing to do wif her big Dumbo ears. She has no problem jumping over da gate, which is over 3 ft tall and den momma came home yesterday and she not only jump over da gate to get into da kitchen, but she got up ON da COUNTER!!! Momma doesn't know how she did it. Nothing to jump on the get up der. Den today after momma was done taking pix of da new pups she went out in da kitchen and caught Bristol in da act again. Momma is NOT HAPPY. Even some of my catsib can't jump dat high. She managed to knock all da stuff all over da place. She's a BAD gurl, must take after Liza BOL

Winter Wonderland PawPawty

Hiya pals I has some really exciting news. Momma and Daddy planning to has a pawpawty on Saturday November 28 for da Basset Rescue deyz work for. We'z gonna has a Winter Wonderland. Iz soooooo excited I can hardly waitz. Ders gonna be ice skating, sledding, sleigh rides, bon fires to get cozy, (wink, wink BOL). We will be looking for DJ's, barktenders and anyone who'd like to volunteer pwizes. Dis is momma's first time frowing a pawpawty , so bare wif her because she puter challanged BOL. Playin Wif Da Older Pups

Momma went to da store yesterday and brought us back to little squeaky toys. Da older pups love dem, especially Indy. So I went out in da yard and played wif dem. Well, ok, I went out der to steal da toys from dem cuz I wanted to play wif dem myself (I'm just a big pup at heart BOL). Momma took a few pix wif her blackberry You can see how bigz dey got in da last pic when dey are next to me.

PIX OF DA NEW PUPS!!!

Momma took a few pix of da new pups on her cell phone. Daddy took sum wif da camera, but he hasn't uploaded dem yet. I know everyone's been asking to see dem so momma said she'd give everyone a sneak peek. We don't noes yet if deyz boyz or girlz but Momma's gonna check next week. momma also said dat since last time she said she was going to name a pup after Daisy the Whippet and forgotz, dis time she's going to name one Daisy and she's also going to name one of da boyz Puz. Zoe is a very good momma but she's very over protective of da pups. Liza didn't care if us other dogs were in da room, but Zoe won't let anyone near da pups. Except momma and daddy. She attacked Dopey and gave him a cut on his face den she attacked Perdy and cut her paw. Deyz both ok, but momma said that it's going to be a longgggggg 8 wks BOL!! I've only seen dem when momma or daddy brings dem out and leaves Zoe in da room. Watz up wif dat? I was very good wif my last pups, but Zoe finks she's a princess, so you can't tell her anyfing. We has 2 rust colored ones, 2 chocolate lab looking ones, a black one and a brindle one. It's hard to tell in deyz pix dough.

Momma's Acting Weird!!

Well we had an interesting morning around here. Momma bought new tile for da baffroom. And she asked Daddy to carry into da house and he did, but it was heavy and instead of putting it down gently, he DROPPED IT!! and broke a whole box of tile. He didn't mean to do it. Momma wasn't happy, but she wasn't mad. I was surprised she didn't yell at him. I was SO ready to go hid under da bed, but NOTHING HAPPENED!! No yelling, no bad words (except from Touki da parrot). I know I would have gotten yelled at if I dropped it. Den, last night momma had chicken for dinner and brought home da left overs. Normally, chicken and fish left overs go to da cats, steak and beef leftover us dogs get. Well, after da whole tile fing, momma went out to her truck to get her laptop and instead of bringing in da leftover chicken for da cats, she took it out of da box and started giving it to Markum da STRAY. Now, I didn't care cuz I knew I wasn't getting any of it anyway, but my catsibs SAW DA WHOLE FING!! How did da see it you ask? Da was sitting on der new window seat dat I won for dem at da Woodstock Pawpawty!! And dey was giving her da evil eye thru da window. Here's a pix I took wif her blackberry.



Luckily for her, she saved sum chicken for dem and gave it to dem when she came in da house. If she didn't give dem any, I was going to tell her not to close her eyes when she goes to bed because she night end up getting clawed in her sleep BOL!! But we'z lucky cuz momma luvs us and she makes sure that when she shares her food, she has enough to share wif all of us. Well, I didn't get any chicken, and dat stinks, but dats how it is at our house. We dogs don't get upset when da leftovers are for da cats and da don't get upset when we get dem.
